Demo outside the Syrian embassy about the killing of Kurds in Syria on Friday (see link) - bout 200 people, or so winj says...seems to have gone peacefully...still nothing on the news though about it which is pretty shitty really, as the whole point of the demo is that there’s been nothing on the news about the massacre either. Fighting broke out between the Arab supporters and the unarmed Kurdish spectators. Reportedly, Syrian security personnel who were present and internal security police, summoned by the Mayor of Qamishlo, joined the Fatuwwa supporters in attacking the Kurds.
