So, I did the interview, actually in the last week I’ve had 5! Cunningly, although I have yet to hear back from any of them, I started work at a new place anyway. It’s only temp but it’s “ongoing” and I’m led to believe it my become permanent! Yay me! It also pays rather handsomely by my standards, which is a bonus! Today was my first day, it was good if a little long! There seems to be an abundance of stuff to learn and rather quickly, but I didn’t say I was clever on my CV for nothing lol Alas it is a completely non-smoking workplace, so I don’t even get fag breaks. Now I have to master the 4hr gap between cigarettes as I can sneak a couple in during lunch Have been catching up with people I haven’t spoken to in ages which is rather nice! I’m quite looking forward to buying them a few beers for all the beers they bought me at Retro! Anyway, it is officially passed 2am now and I’m up at 7am (thank god for tea)! So to sleep I go.
