Yesterday much work was done on the code library - still learning the whole Java thing and had to let Jonny have a look because I broke a bit of it. Jonny’s a senior Java type - so that was fun The reworking of FreakCity continues unabated - Need to find a better way to do the threads though. Popped to see a sobering-up Dan after work - he paid for a cab to mine - did some work then went to the sauna afterwards. Got the bus to Aldgate then walked. Dan seemed impressed how close it was. The sauna was (predictably) dead. Had a bit of a swim and then a sit in the steam room. Got followed in by half the sauna inhabitants as Dan looks quite fetching in a towel... Home @ 1am via Sanchos for a vileburger and vile chips for Dan. So urg. Knackered. Dan’s going to be staying at mine during the day - Adam’s in too - so hopefully they’ll not beat each other to death or anything Bug fixing and code library for me today. Then more FreakCity over lunch/weekend Cor. Considering the District Line is delayed, it’s being really quite nippy Comedy headline of the day today comes from the Grauniad (for a change) with: “How would you make EastEnders good again” *titter*
