Missed the right train because Tower Bridge opened on me again. The bastards Think that it’s deeply suspicious that it only ever seems to open to let something that looks like a wherry through...and that this wherry like boat sails forlornly through the gap and then stops 100 yards from the bridge, in anticipation of the exciting sail back in the evening. Which doubtless will happen - just when I want to get home. Ah well, only 5 minutes late... Thinking about doing the Swan again tonight, though I’m not sure how asleep I’ll be tomorrow if I do it. Don’t think I’m allowed to drink if I do though, so not sure if I can manage sobriety as well as coping with Candy, but hey, could be a laugh.
