Im feeling rather down this week, no idea why, it started saturday and has been going on ever since, I cant sleep, i dont feel hungry. I think its the sign that im falling apart! I shall go for one of my mind clearing walks this evening, they normally help and gives me a chance to think things over, hey i may even throw myself in the canal, that should solve all the problems....
