Speaking of ‘This Life’, I see it’s currently being repeated on Beeb2 - a mere month after I finished watching it on rental from Amazon (cos I thought they were never gonna repeat it). I could moan about work, but then I always do - so I won’t. So... I’m in the first flush of a new relationship. Things are going well, Scott and I are getting on fantastically. It’s a shame he works every other weekend but then you can’t have everything. He’s working this weekend so I just stayed over Friday (I was supposed to be in Macclesfield last night but plans were cancalled at fairly short notice). A friend was talking about Life on Mars and what a good series it was - I of course hadn’t watched it so I’ve had three of the four first series discs from Amazon and am quite enjoying it. Sort of brings back memories of cop shows of my youth (at least slightly) you know with me being so old and all Looking forward to listening to ISIHAC tomorrow, tried to get tickets for the recordings in Southport a while back but they’d all gone I’ll have to keep my ears/eyes open for the next set of recordings and see if there’s anything close by.
