It’s been a funny old week. I found a car, picked it up Tuesday. Came home Friday to find two plumbers hard at it. At 7.30 they finally put my cold water back on and told me that the new boiler was broken and they would have to call out a service engineer (gawd knows when he/she will arrive). Packed my stuff and went camping at Shell Island. It was very windy, and during the night, very, very wet. But the fireworks were worth it, and happily it was lovely during the display (though still windy). I got told my new car was camp - is it?
