Ha at last i have finaly got round to actually filling out my appraisal forms! well, i had darren to help me as i didn’t have a clue what to do. I seem to have written a substantial amount which has worried me, but then again, it is in quite abit of detail so hopefully i wont have to say much. I have been truthfully honest. Now i am going to spend tomorrow filling out the forms properly without any spelling mistakes and then handing it in on wednesday so i can get a date for it. O0oh and yay etc etc
