right right right its all sorted, i’ve got my costume sorted for works fancydress, i am going as.....

i was going to go as
but then decided it wasnt a good idea as it wasnt very pratical for work, but was amusing, not pratical. i did want to go in a cat in the hat costume but that was £65 and i’m not spending £65 on a costume.
Tomorrow i need to ring people and see why they havent responded to my letters that i have sent them out about donating us things to use for the fun day, which should be fun, also need to rack ruths brain about games for the staff before the shop opens and i need to arange a guide dog to visit the store.
the exciting in is sj rang beatie media and they may be able to get us some all eyes goodies! yay how exciting that will be.
apart from trying to arange this fun day not alot else has happend. going out for ellies leaving drink on saturday with some people from work which should be good am i am suppost to be meeting ian as i blew him out on tuesday as i couldnt be arsed to get on a bus to go to the street fair which was rather mean to me, so i said i would buy him a pint on saturday.
not alot else on i dont think.
i’m coming to the end of doing my peak-flow, my results have been very sporadic (coor thats a big word for me).
tis about it i think, i’m goingto go as i have my bottle of vodka waiting for me

hmmmmn it’s been a while i think since i actually said anything in here so i suppose i should update really i went to see pam ann last nite, she weas fantastic, it was the most fun i’d had in months and for once i had a smile on my face. work has been good, me and sj have been organising a funday in aid of gudie dogs for the blind and thats been going well, fancydress etc etc i cant wait actually should be fun. erm i could write more but i cant think of anything and i have 204963249068903908 million people trying to speak to me on msn <3 sir cynds x

*grrrs* i am feeling as shit as ever today as the evil vendicive little shit face sent me a rathere nasty email after i conversation i had with a friend last night warning him of what the shitface could be like. to be honest i dont know what to think of the email, but he has severly pissed me off and i will make him aware of the situation in every way i can, the kn0b forgets i can get hold of his address and i know where he works * sir_cynds plots apart from the cunt i have been okay, could be better still feeling wanky but life goes on, at the moment i am looking for somewhere to make a new start so if anybody hsa got spare room i will be muchly greatful

is there something wrong with me i have just set fire to things, i must admit it was a good relief but the neighbours didnt appericate it. i’ve been feeling okay at the moment i think.... but maybe the whole fire thing is proving that wrong?

the doctors still are no nearer to finding out what is wrong with me ,ive got to do something for the next few weeks to check the amount of air that are getting into my lung which should be fun my head is swimming at the moment :S

the mentality of some people in the world today does rather amuse me, for the fact that they get simple pleasures out of spreading rumours that are not true just so they can feel better about themselves because they were turned down. anyway enough said about above subject my day today has been okay, had driving lesson which went shit as normal, i am going to make such a good driver hehe i am on my last day of tablets, i should have taken my last one about 4 hours ago but i have forgot and the tablet bottle is staring at me calling my name so i need to take that. got my review on thursday so hopefully that will go well. back to work tomorrow which i am looking foward to, keep myself busy. i maybe going to the cinema tomorrow night dependant on how i feel after work. me thinks that is about it <3 cynds x

Now That Drugs DO! Work
for once i think the doctors have done something right for once, they silly little steriods tablets that they have given me for my throat seem to be working, i am as shocked as you are! i’ve still got to go back for my review on thursday to see the nurse to see how i am getting on and if i need to have further investigation into what it is if it hasn’t gone by then, but fingers crossed it would have i haven’t been at work for the past two days which i think has done me some good, the rest and pretty much doing fuck all has built me up abit, but when i go back on monday i can see that all going to waste and by monday end of day i shall be back to the way i have been for the past few weeks. didn’t do much with myself today apart from rot and fester on the net, and then i was still bored and i did pretty much the same yesterday apart go to the doctors. hopefully i will be able to get out of the house tomorrow as it is driving me insane being stuck inside with nothing to do!! and my ciggie intake has had to have been cut down dramitcaly as my throat cant handle it, ive only had 3 today * sir_cynds whimpers i suppose thats it <3 sir_cynds xx
