Long feeling day at work. Too many bugs to fix too. Grr. Trying to be (mostly) lactose free for a bit. Only had a single café con leche and that was at the gym... Nice personal trainer guy put me on a bike for 15 mins, treadmill for 20 and rowing machine for 5. Was so very dull...
