Ordered a new mobo 2 weeks ago from Scan - they said “shipped on Monday” so I got to Monday, took Tuesday at home, was told Monday at 7pm that there was a problem with Tuesday and that they were sorrry, but whenever it was shipped it would still be next day delivery... Heard nothing for a week. Last Monday I emailed them to say “get it here this week or refund me” Grovelling apology on Tuesday, with a promise that it’d been made a priority and had been marked for someone’s attention, etc - and then nothing. Mailed Saturday saying “fine, don’t bother, refund meh” Reply this morning saying “Order cancelled, refund will be processed ASAP” Email 1 hour later saying “Order at stage 3 of 4 - it’s been picked, should be shipped today” fuckwits
